I wrote this song several years ago while my husband and I were going through a tough time. The only thing we had to hold on to were the promises of God, found in His Word. It is deeply encouraging to look back now and see how were not only sustained through trials, but lifted up. I pray that through the twists and turns of life that I will never forget my absolute need for Christ in every season... to abide in Him, as He abides in me.
